Please note, while all items are here, they are completely safe and well cared for. All you need is your ticket to redeem your repair.
Our step by step process should help remove any stress for you when leaving your repairs with us.
Step One
When leaving your item with our dedicated team for repair, we will issue you with a ticket to show your goods are with us.
Step Two
Once our jewellery specialist has inspected the piece, we will contact you with a repair estimate.
Step Three
After proceeding your repair estimate, Our jeweller will carry out all necessary repair to your jewellery.
Step Four
Our fouth and final step will be a call from our repair team to inform you that your repair is ready for collection. Please DO NOT forget your ticket.
Watches
All watches need a little extra care and attention from time to time. Whether it’s from low to high end, a battery to a full restoration or service. Regular maintenance will ensure an accurate timpiece for years to come. Our expert team are here to guide you with all of your watch questions and repairs.
Step One
Our watch repairer will inspect the piece, generally while you wait- if possible, to determine the level of repair needed. If a quote can be given at the time, we will go ahead and do so. If not, your watch will be taken in for further inspection and estimate.
We will contact you with an estimated time frame.
Step Two
Once you have proceeded your repair estimate, our watch repairer will get to work with the necessary instructions. This may be our in-house watchmaker or the relevant watch brand technician. This will be determined and stated at the estimate phase.
Step Three
Our third and final step will be a call from our repair team to inform you that your repair is ready for collection. Please DO NOT forget your ticket.
